  2. From there, we define an approach aligned with the operational reality of the organization, ensuring that the work integrates into existing structures without disruption while addressing what is actually driving the recurring challenges.
  3. The final phase is application, where the work is carried out directly within the organization. This involves working at the level where patterns influence behavior and outcomes, whether in decision-making, communication, or leadership dynamics, so that changes are reflected in how the organization operates in practice.
