My professional journey began in the UAE in 2015 and has developed across two seemingly unrelated fields: corporate leadership and subconscious transformation.
As a General Manager and entrepreneur, I learned how organizations function, what it means to lead people, manage pressure and remain accountable for results.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and trainer in transformational methodologies, I learned how people function beneath the surface and what influences behaviour, decisions and outcomes.
For years, I kept these two fields separate. Over time, I recognized their common denominator: people.
The convergence of these experiences became the foundation of KHEPER™.
KHEPER™ is a methodology through which I help individuals and organizations recognize the underlying structures driving recurring patterns and transform them through tailored approaches, creating the conditions for different outcomes at a personal, professional and organizational level.
