Meet me - Grazia, the Founder of The Age of Light

I’ve always felt the world beyond what’s visible. Since I was a child, I could perceive energy, frequencies, and the dimensions that exist beyond the physical world.

In 2015, after finishing university, I followed an inner pull and moved to the UAE. I spent years in Dubai’s corporate world, working in hospitality, management consulting, and leadership roles.

In 2017, I began exploring meditation and healing, and it changed everything. I started training in Usui Reiki up to Master and Teacher level, as well as Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy. Through that journey, I began a deep healing process, which then brought me to remembering past lives, ancient wisdom, and interdimensional experiences. I reconnected with memories of a time called The Age of Light, when people lived with clarity, purpose, and alignment. That vision became my anchor.

In 2023, I created The Age of Light—not just a brand, but a living space where transformation happens. It’s where my corporate background meets my spiritual path. Where practical coaching meets deep healing.

Today, I offer one-on-one and group sessions, teach courses, and work closely with clients who are ready to live with more alignment, personally or professionally. One of the newest additions to my work is the Arcturian Quantum Reset—a channeled healing protocol and light technology that came through after years of energetic practice, launched in March 2025.

I’m certified and accredited in several healing and coaching modalities including Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy, Usui Reiki, Sekhem Reiki, Akashic Records, Hebrew Pendulum and Arcturian Multidimensional Healing. But more than anything, I’m here to hold space for real, grounded, transformative change.
