My name is Grazia, founder of The Age of Light and creator of KHEPER™
Originally from Italy, I relocated to the UAE in 2015 following my degree in Intercultural Communication and Cultural Mediation with a specialization in Arab culture.
While building my professional career, I was introduced to transformational and subconscious methodologies, which I began applying consistently.
The impact became evident quickly on a personal level and gradually began influencing the way I approached opportunities, leadership, and professional growth.
Transformational work became a defining part of my professional evolution and contributed to the rapid progression of my corporate career, leading me into senior leadership and later into the role of General Manager during the COVID period.
This led me to understand that recurring patterns cannot be resolved solely through strategy, external change, or different goals, because the root cause sustaining them often exists at a deeper human level, influencing the way individuals perceive, make decisions, operate under pressure, and function within systems.
This became the area I specialized in and the foundation for KHEPER™, a methodology I developed to identify and restructure the root cause of recurring patterns, creating the conditions for stronger leadership, aligned growth, clearer execution and a more conscious expression of human potential.
