People often ask how I scaled so quickly...
...and for me the answer has always been the same: regulation, clarity of mind & motivation
My professional journey in the UAE started in 2015 after completing my degree in Intercultural Communication and Cultural Mediation, specialized in Arabic language. While settling into my first job, I came across holistic wellbeing and the world of integrated practices and began applying them in my daily routine. From there I started realizing that personal transformation was influencing my professional life as well.
I gained clearer direction about who I wanted to be and what I wanted to do, which led me toward better opportunities and eventually into the corporate services industry. During the same period, motivated by the transformation I experienced, I also began my own path as a practitioner, studying holistic wellbeing, integrated practices and Clinical Hypnosis.
My professional path moved forward quickly. It was demanding and deeply rewarding at the same time, and took a direction I had not planned.
Completing my trainings required exams and practice with other people for case study submissions.
Witnessing their shifts through regulation and subconscious work made something very clear to me: I could no longer keep corporate leadership and holistic wellbeing separated.
From this recognition, the Age of Light was born.
Here I don’t simply apply knowledge or techniques, but lived experience, first as an individual, then as a General Manager, and now as an entrepreneur, which I look forward to sharing with you.
